New Apartment Advertising Service Guarantees Results

RentLinx – The Rental Housing Multi-List – announces a new advertising service for apartments called “RentLinx Plus!”. RentLinx Plus! places advertisements on multiple real estate websites for free. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars per property each month for online ads, property managers advertise for free and pay only for results: phone calls and emails from interested renters. If the ads don’t produce results, there is no charge.

To use RentLinx Plus!, property managers register at RentLinx.com and enter their property descriptions, rents and unlimited photos. The basic service is free and includes advertising on ShowMeTheRent, GoogleBase, RentBits and many other websites. All of the calls and emails from the basic service are free. Property managers upgrade to RentLinx Plus! to advertise on Rentals, RentalHomesPlus, RentalAds and other premium websites. The ads on the premium sites are free. Phone calls and emails from the premium sites cost only $10 for each unique renter contact. Property managers pay only for the actual leads received and establish their own monthly caps to control expenses.

RentLinx places ads on 46 websites and generates over 20,000 leads (emails and phone calls) each month. Over 40,000 rentals (apartments, houses, duplexes, affordable and market-rate) are registered directly with RentLinx.
