MSHDA Launches Radio Ad Campaign for!

On February 14, 2007, Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) released a radio advertising campaign for the ! Emphasizing the convenient and user-friendly aspects of the Locator, the radio advertisements will be broadcasted in following cities: Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Saginaw, Lansing and Kalamazoo. Twelve radio stations will run approximately 570 ads until March 4, 2007.

Powered by RentLinx, the Michigan Housing Locator is a website devoted to assisting residents in finding Michigan housing and giving property managers a marketing tool for their entire rental portfolio.

One of the radio advertisements targets adults 18-34 years old and focuses on the Michigan Housing Locator as the single source for finding housing in Michigan. The other radio advertisement is geared towards senior housing. Click below to listen!
